Mental Health Links for Mindful Moments

While I have created Mindful Moments as an addition to my own personal wellbeing toolkit I also hope it helps other people. While I am in a place now where I can find the positives it hasn’t always been this way. With this in mind I have decided to compile a list of Mental Health Links where people can access support and information.

I have been able to access support from amazing charities, in both personal and professional contexts. They will be include here, with a little on what they do. I will have missed important charities and support agencies though, purely because I am not aware of them. Please contact Mindful Moments with any requests for additions.
