The optional theme for March is “This Storm Shall Pass”. But before I talk about that I would like to thank everyone who linked up for Spring is Coming. We had feel good erotic fiction, true tales of anticipation and beautifully inspiring posts. I smiled, laughed and cried my way through the posts this month. Please do go and check out the posts, and comments and likes will be much appreciated I’m sure.
So, March’s theme is “This storm shall pass”.
The world has been in turmoil for well over a year now. Even the most resilient among us are feeling the strain under current covid restrictions. Job losses, key worker fears, homeschooling, medical issues put on hold… It has been a challenge for sure. But in the UK we have a roadmap out of lockdown, a vaccine rollout, and the supermarkets are fully stocked with toilet paper once more. I’m cautiously optimistic that we will be finding a new and exciting normal in the coming year.
Covid is like all storms. And I have to believe that this storm shall pass!
So, what are you looking forward to as we slowly regain our freedoms? What have you learnt through lockdowns which you will take with you as we move forward? Is there anything you will miss when life gets back to “normal”?
I always encourage cross-posting to other memes, but one I would like to highlight this month is Brigit Delaney’s Erotic Journal Challenge. Her theme for 2021 is “What are you celebrating? What are you grateful for?” and she has weekly prompts again from this month.
I look forward to sharing my own Mindful Moments, and welcoming new and returning bloggers to the linkup.
But that’s not all.
For me this space is as much about having somewhere to come back to and reflect on the silver linings when times are challenging. Hopefully we can make it into a treasure trove of positivity? A gratitude journal for us all to share and benefit from.
You can link up here as often as you like, and there are so many memes to link up to feel free to cross post.
